You might have come across a situation where you have already designed a certificate/badge and now you have to use the same design or create a design with minimal changes, but starting to design from scratch might take a lot of time. Worry not, we have a feature to reuse the designs without starting to design from scratch. Follow these easy steps to reuse designs:

Make sure have opened the certificate/badge design in the editor which you want to reuse. Within the editor, click on the OPTIONS button at the top.

Click on the Export option. It will download a file with the CTF (Certopus Template File) extension locally.

Go to the editor for the recipient category where you want to reuse the design. If the exported design is for a certificate, make sure you are in the certificate editor and if it's a badge design, make sure you are in the badge editor. Once you are in the editor, click on the OPTIONS button and then use the Import option.

Once you import the exported .ctf file using the import option, it will let you use the same design and you can customize it too.
