Pre-requisite: You will require a design for Certificate/badge in your Canva account and an event set-up in Certopus account.
Canva is a popular online graphic design platform that allows you to create stunning visuals for your projects.
Certopus is a powerful and reliable platform for digital credentials that lets you issue beautiful and secure digital badges and certificates.
If you want to use your Canva designs as templates for your Certopus certificates and badges, you can easily import them in a few steps. Here’s how:
If you are using Canva on PC
On the editor side panel, click Apps.
Search for Certopus. Once found, click Open button.
Sign into your Certopus account from https://app.certopus.com (From a desktop browser for best experience)
Make sure you have created organization and set up an event under it.
Copy API key from Certopus profile section from the top right corner of dashboard.
Paste copied API key in Certopus Canva application.
Select your organization, event and recipient category where you want to import your design.
Select type of design between certificate or badge.
Click Export button.
Select export file format and size and click Export.
You will find the exported design saved in your Certopus event.
If you are using Canva mobile app
On the bottom corner of the editor, tap the "+" plus button.
Tap Apps from the options below.
Search for Certopus. Once found, click Open button.
Sign into your Certopus account from https://app.certopus.com (From a desktop browser for best experience)
Make sure you have created organization and set up an event under it.
Copy API key from Certopus profile section from the top right corner of dashboard.
Paste copied API key in Certopus Canva application.
Select your organization, event and recipient category where you want to import your design.
Select type of design between certificate or badge.
Click Export button.
Select export file format and size and click Export.
You will find the exported design saved in your Certopus event.
You can refresh Certopus and check the exported design from Canva saved in your event.
Once the design is imported, you can configure the set-up variable fields in the design from Certopus and follow further steps till mail scheduling.
