What is Certopus AI?
Certopus AI is service for creating AI-generated designs for digital badges and certificates. You can describe the design you want to see and watch it come to life!
How can I use Certopus AI?
Prerequisite: You have to set up your organization and event in your Certopus account.
Open a credential design (certificate/badge) within event.
If you are designing badge, you can directly open images tab from the right hand menu and in case of certificate design, click on "Change Background" in the bottom.
In the image tab, we recommend you select a base image first and then click "AI Generate" button to get best results. This will open a dialog box where you can enter the parameters for the AI Image Generator.
Enter a prompt in the text box. This is a short description of what you want the image to look like. For example, "Judo Training".
Adjust the image strength percentage. This is how much the AI will modify the original image based on your prompt. A higher percentage means more changes, while a lower percentage means less changes. We suggest using 20% image strength for balanced results, but you are free to try different variations.
Adjust the prompt guidance. This is how much the AI will follow your prompt exactly or add some creativity. A higher number means more guidance, while a lower number means more creativity. We suggest using 15 prompt guidance for balanced results, but you are free to try different variations.
Choose the number of samples. This is how many different images the AI will generate based on your prompt and parameters. You can choose from 1 to 4 samples.
Choose a preset. This is a predefined set of parameters that you can use to quickly generate images with different styles and effects. You can learn more about it here.
Enter a seed. This is an optional number that you can use to reproduce similar results with the same prompt and parameters. By default it is randomized.
Choose a model. This is the AI model that will generate the images for you. You can choose from Stable Diffusion XL and Stable Diffusion 1.5. Stable Diffusion XL will give you the best results, but it will utilize 10 credentials credits for every sample image generated. Stable Diffusion 1.5 will utilize 5 credential credits for every sample image generated, but also produce comparatively lower quality images.
Click the “Generate” button and wait for Certopus AI to create your images. Once the images are generated, you will find them under the images tab which you can select and place it in your design or use as a background image.
Add text and other elements over your generated images to customize your credential design. You can use our text editor and design tools to make your credentials look professional and attractive.
Which preset does what?
Here are some brief descriptions of the presets Certopus AI you provides:
Enhance: This style improves the quality and resolution of the image, making it more realistic and detailed.
Anime: This style transforms the image into an anime-like illustration, with bright colors, expressive eyes, and stylized features.
Photographic: This style produces a photo-realistic image, with realistic lighting, shadows, textures, and perspective.
Digital art: This style creates a digital painting, with smooth gradients, soft brushes, and artistic effects.
Comic book: This style converts the image into a comic book panel, with bold outlines, flat colors, and halftone dots.
Fantasy art: This style generates a fantasy-themed image, with magical elements, mythical creatures, and enchanting landscapes.
Analog film: This style adds a vintage film effect to the image, with grain, noise, scratches, and color fading.
Neon Punk: This style creates a futuristic image, with neon lights, cyberpunk aesthetics, and high-tech gadgets.
Isometric: This style renders the image in an isometric perspective, with 3D shapes, parallel lines, and geometric patterns.
Low poly: This style simplifies the image into a low-polygon model, with flat faces, sharp edges, and solid colors.
Origami: This style folds the image into an origami shape, with creases, flaps, and paper texture.
Line art: This style reduces the image to a line drawing, with minimal details, curves, and hatching.
Craft clay: This style sculpts the image into a clay model, with smooth surfaces, rounded corners, and clay-like material.
Cinematic: This style adds a cinematic effect to the image, with widescreen format, film grain, and dramatic lighting.
3D model: This style creates a 3D model of the image, with depth, volume, and surface properties.
Pixel art: This style pixelates the image into a retro-style graphic, with low resolution, limited colors, and pixel art techniques.
Tile texture: This style creates a repeating pattern of the prompt, using various shapes, colors, and effects.
Modeling Compound: This style creates a realistic image of a compound object that consists of multiple parts.
What are the limitations of Certopus AI?
Certopus AI will use 5 credential credits to generate each sample image using Stable Diffusion 1.5 model and 10 credential credits to generate each sample image using Stable Diffusion XL model.
If your prompt doesn’t generate an image, this won't deduct your credits.
It only takes instruction from image and the text you entered. The more specific you are, the better your result.
It works best when using very specific keywords and phrases.
Use your best judgment and do not violate any laws, ethics, or rights when you use images created by Certopus AI, please be respectful and responsible.
Who owns the copyright in AI-generated designs?
The legal status of AI-generated works is still unclear and may differ depending on your location. Therefore, there is no definitive answer to this question. We recommend that you refer any local laws & clauses if you have any doubts or concerns.
At Certopus, we respect your creativity and the images you create with Certopus AI. As long as you follow our Terms, you have the right to use these images for your personal or commercial purposes.
By using Certopus AI, you agree to let us host the images you generated on our platform and use them to promote our products. You also acknowledge that some of the images you create with Certopus AI may contain elements that are protected by intellectual property laws, such as characters or brands. If you want to use these images, you need to obtain permission from the rights holders.
Does Certopus moderate the results of Certopus AI and ensure its safe use?
Yes, we have implemented various measures to ensure that Certopus AI is used safely and responsibly by our community. One of these measures is an automated review system that checks the input prompts for any terms that could generate inappropriate images. Additionally, you have the option to report any unsafe images to us using feedback option, Live chat or emailing us at [email protected] .
